TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
1.      A deposit of 50% of the total order amount is required upon ordering. The deposit is non refundable.
2.      Once we have received your order we will dispatch a receipt for the deposit and confirm the balance due excluding postage and packaging.
3.      Your balance due is to be paid four weeks prior to delivery.
4.      If the order is for less than £150 or delivery is in less than six weeks the total payment is required to confirm the order.
5.      Delivery dates will be agreed when the order is placed. Goods will only be dispatched after full payment of each stage has been received and cleared.
6.      Postage is not included in our price list. Postage costs will be confirmed on the final invoice.
7.      Samples of the Wedding invitation will be sent to the customer once the order has been confirmed and deposit received and cleared. This sample is free of charge. Any further samples requested by the customer will be charged for as according to the current price list.
8.      Proof reading is the sole responsibility of the customer.  We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the customer has approved the proofs.
9.      All orders are subject to stock availability.  If we experience any difficulty with our supply of materials, we will contact you before we commence production and if necessary suggest alternative materials.
10.  Cancellation of an order must be made in writing.  All payments already made are non-refundable.  If an order is cancelled after the work has commenced then a charge will be made for any additional costs we have incurred.
11.  Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.  However, any price increase will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
12.  All items will have ‘Elegant Touch Occasion Stationery’ printed on the back.
13.  All items are checked thoroughly before despatch and are packaged to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.  In the unlikely event of damage occurring during transit, please contact us immediately.  Whilst we cannot accept liability for damage to goods in transit, loss or delay, we are happy to assist you in any compensation claim.
