ORDER PROCESS
 
STEP ONE
Choose the wedding stationery you would like including design, text style and colour, accessory colour (e.g. ribbon). Select the quantities of each item you would like, we recommend you order extras in case of any additional guests or mistakes when you are writing them out.
 
STEP TWO
Contact us by telephone on 07518204251 or by e-mail info@eleganttouchos.co.uk. You can download a copy of the order form from our website www.eleganttouchos.co.uk. Pay your deposit to secure your order, this should be sent to Elegant Touch Occasion Stationery, 126 Logan Street, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 9AS.
Please note that if the order is for less than £150 or is required in less than six weeks the full amount is payable at order confirmation.
 
STEP THREE
Once the order is confirmed and the deposit received and cleared, an invoice and receipt will be despatched to you.  This will quote postage and packaging costs, balance and date due as well as the agreed delivery date.
A sample of the wedding invitation will also be completed and sent to you for approval. Please check all details including spelling and wording are correct. All proofs should be signed and then returned to Elegant Touch by post.
 
STEP FOUR
Six weeks before delivery of your order we will send you a final invoice stating the balance. The balance is then due four weeks before the delivery date of your order.
